Refund and return policy for Kempen Auto’s / John Van Gemeren
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Different types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game,cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.
If you’ve done all this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only normally priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com and send the article to: Welvaartsstraat 4B, 2381 Weelde.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
